All items must be properly stored in one of the following: • Storage Bins (3-Tier Bins included) • Storage Lockers • Storage Bags • Luggage Important to Know: • There must a representative at the secondary location to provide access to the unit and confirm delivery of personal items. • Large appliances and furniture prohibited (i.e. refrigerators, sofa sets, dining tables, etc.) • Storage boxes/bins are not included in the package. You can purchase empty boxes/bins on our website to be delivered prior to your moving date • Remedy SS will provide a TV box for use during your transition • Only one Microwave and Mini-Fridge allowed per person PICK-UP & DELIVERIES ARE MADE IN 3 HOUR TIME WINDOWS. We cannot guarantee an exact time, please be present and available throughout your chosen time window. Choose: * Morning Window (8am - 11am) * Midday Window (12pm - 3pm) * Afternoon Window (4pm - 7pm)
